Questions about turnkey house construction
What does turnkey construction mean?
You get a finished house rather than a structure: structure plus flooring, bathrooms, doors, windows, paint and kitchen, ready to move in. One team is responsible from the foundation to the handover.
What is the difference between Silver, Gold, Platinum?
Silver (Rs 6,500 per sq ft) is our standard quality turnkey package. Gold (Rs 7,500 per sq ft) is our high quality turnkey package. Platinum (Rs 8,500 per sq ft) is our premium quality turnkey package. The packages differ in the brands and grades of finishing materials; you can see them side by side on our material comparison page.
How much does a turnkey 10 marla house cost?
A double-storey 10 marla house covering the full plot is 5,000 sq ft of covered area, which comes to about Rs 3.25 crore with Silver or Rs 4.25 crore with Platinum.
Can I change the materials in a package?
Yes. Open the advanced cost calculator, pick a different brand or grade in any category, and it shows the price change per square foot of built area. The changes are listed on your written quotation.
Is the architectural design included?
No. Plans, 3D elevations and working drawings are quoted separately for your plot, added only if you want us to draw the house.
