We meet
We go through the plot, the number of floors, the rooms you need, your budget and the package that fits it.
Site visit and drawings
We look at the site and the society's rules. If we draw the house, plans and 3D elevations are quoted for your plot.
Written quotation
You receive the package, covered area and main materials in writing, to compare before you commit.
Good to decide early
- Number of floors, bedrooms and bathrooms
- Grey structure only, or a finished house
- Whether you want a basement or a roof room (mumty)
