The platform is designed around traceable fields such as category, brand, product, grade, specification, size, gauge, unit and rate. Staff can add verified products and current rates through Admin as the market changes.

Electrical and plumbing
Configured categories can include wiring, electrical accessories, data preparation, sewerage/drainage and water supply. The quotation prints the selected specification rather than a generic “premium wiring” label.

Finishes and additional features
For applicable scopes, staff can configure flooring and tiles, sanitary items, doors, windows, paint, kitchen, wardrobes, false ceiling, waterproofing, roof treatment, railings, gates, solar/CCTV/smart-home/HVAC preparation and other verified options.

Rates and historical records
Current rates can be maintained separately from quotation snapshots. A material-rate change today should not rewrite a quotation issued yesterday.
